Automotive Supplier Park

The Automotive Supplier Park (ASP) located in Rosslyn, north of Tshwane, is an initiative of Gauteng Provincial Government, managed by the Automotive Industry Development Centre (AIDC). The ASP is located within Gauteng’s automotive industry hub which boasts the highest concentration of vehicle manufacturers in South Africa. ASP was developed to create a beneficial environment for automotive component suppliers by providing enabling infrastructure, logistics and services. By grouping different technologies, services and service providers, ASP achieves synergies and optimisation through economies of scale and contributes to the sustainability and growth of the SA automotive industry.

ASP comprises an area of over 130hectares and is developed in five phases. The first two phases (approximately 50ha) were completed with over 100,000m² of buildings erected, resulting in capital investment of over R380 million. First of its kind in Africa and the first in the world to service more than one original equipment manufacturer  (OEM).
